My loved one isn’t techy at all. Will they use it?
They never set anything up. Their tablet shows one calm home screen with a few large, easy-to-read buttons — photos, messages, music, and a calm space — and there’s a Late-stage mode that reduces it to familiar faces and calming music.
What kind of tablet do I need?
Anything that runs a modern browser — iPad, Android tablet, even an old Fire tablet. No app-store install required.
Is the AI companion safe?
Its prompt is locked to validation-therapy principles — it never gives medical advice, corrects, or argues. Full transcripts are never stored.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — a billing portal lets you cancel, change tier, update payment, and download invoices whenever you like.
